Over 10 years and 8000 meals, we are perfectly suited to create this moment for attendees. We call it the epiphany moment, (that moment in time where you eyes are awakened to something brand new for the first time).

TRAP VINYASA
Laced with trap music, a heavy beat-based genre of hip hop originating from the South, Trap Vinyasa™ is a yoga-conditioning class combining yoga asana with dance, boxing and body weight exercises.

PLANT BASED HIP HOP PERFORMANCES
This year we will Wow crowds with performances from the top artists in this new movement in Hip Hop, we call it the Green Age of Hip Hop.

SPEAKERS & FOOD DEMOS
Dynamic speakers will share their story and express what they love through plant based food.

PLANT BASED PRODUCT BOOTHS
We will feature product booths where attendees will get to taste some of the finest local and national plant based food brands. Organizations will be offering educational material that is all centered around health & wellness in hopes of inspiring change in our community

Women’s Plant Based Body Fit Showcase

We will host the first Hip Hop is Green Women’s Plant-Based Body Fit Showcase with women that are at the top of their game when it comes to health and wellness. They will share their personal journey as a way to inspire others to try a plant-based fit lifestyle.

Women of color in America have the highest rates of heart attack than any other group. What are some of the things we can do to combat preventable disease in our communities? What does it take to maintain a plant-fit body? Why should you choose plant-based food when working out? What does the diet and lifestyle consist of?

It does not matter where you are in your journey, come meet some of the top ladies that can guide you. Meet up, discuss, and exchange ideas for better health at the Hip Hop is Green eXpo!
